การเข้าใจเด็กเริ่มต้นจากการมองให้ลึกกว่าพฤติกรรมที่เราเห็น บางครั้งความเงียบ น้ำตา หรือการปฏิเสธของเด็ก อาจมีความรู้สึกและความต้องการที่เขายังบอกเราเป็นคำพูดไม่ได้ เช่นเดียวกับความกังวลของผู้ปกครองที่อยากให้ลูกได้รับการดูแลและความเข้าใจ
คิตามูระเฮ้าส์จึงให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาครูและบุคลากร ให้พร้อมรับฟังทั้งเด็ก ผู้ปกครอง และหัวใจของตนเอง

การสื่อสารที่ใกล้ชิดและจริงใจระหว่างบ้านกับคิตามูระเฮ้าส์ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Care & Communication ที่เราให้ความสำคัญ
เราอยากให้คิตามูระเฮ้าส์เป็นพื้นที่ที่เด็กได้รับความเข้าใจ ผู้ปกครองรู้สึกว่ามีคนรับฟัง และคุณครูมีพลังใจในการดูแลเด็กไปด้วยกัน เพราะทุกความสัมพันธ์ที่เข้าใจกัน คือส่วนสำคัญของการเติบโตของเด็ก
Understanding a child starts with looking deeper than the behaviour we can see. Sometimes a child’s silence, tears or refusal hold feelings and needs they cannot yet put into words. In the same way, parents carry worries: they want their child to be cared for and understood.
That is why Kitamura House invests in its teachers and staff, so that they are ready to listen to children, to parents and to their own hearts.

In this training, our teachers and staff will learn together on the theme “Beneath the Surface: exploring the iceberg within us, and reaching the hearts of children and parents through the Satir approach.”

今回の研修では、先生とスタッフが「Beneath the Surface:心の中の氷山をさぐり、サティアの考え方で子どもと保護者の心に近づく」をテーマに、一緒に学びます。
